Mizuno Wave Creation 10 Cushion Running Shoe Mens Too hard for light runners – Pham Tuan Anh – Aizu-Wakamatsu, Fukushima Japan
The reason I choose this Creation 10 is I have high arches and my weekly millage is 30-40km. The shoes however seems not good for not-so-heavy runners as it is a bit too hard. I am 70kg and I could not feel the cushion.
If you are not heavy and have high arch, Wave Rider 12 is better choice.
This running shoe gives great support. I work behind a bar and stand on concrete. There is a lot of moving around all day.
