Impossible to get Bionaire WH2510 replacement filters – Privacy Maven – USA
I also have been unable to find replacement filters for my Bionaire WH2510 which is about five years old. The filters I bought directly from Bionaire absolutely do not fit my humidifier model although the very nasty customer service rep. insisted it is the right filter for my machine. She refused to let me return them and laughed when I said I would file a dispute with my credit card company.
I tried buying an off-market brand but the filters didn’t wick the water.
Will never buy Bionaire again.
